We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements. You will program CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc) using CAM software and machine control interfaces. You will set up machines by installing and aligning tooling, fixtures, and workpieces accurately. You will operate CNC machines to manufacture components to precise dimensions and tolerances. You will inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges. You will verify conformance of parts to specifications and make adjustments as necessary. You will perform routine maintenance and ensure equipment is kept in safe working condition. You will collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve technical or process issues. You will optimize machining programs to improve efficiency, quality, and tool life. You will maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards. You will support and practice KAIZEN principles and participate in related activities (GEAR).
\nTo be successful in this role, you will need one year of equivalent experience and related education or an appropriate blend. You will be mechanically inclined and knowledgeable with technical terms, machine components and definitions. You will have previous experience working with maintenance and tool room departments. You will be knowledgeable in PowerBI, MVP or other CMMS Software. You will have good knowledge of production reporting systems. You will have good technical report writing abilities and communication skills. You will have excellent problem-solving techniques and methods. You will have computer literacy and a sound knowledge in MS-Office applications and Outlook. You will be able to successfully interact with all levels of employees in a multicultural environment.
\nThis is an afternoon shift position. The total cash compensation range for this position is expected to be $20.50 - $30.59.`
