      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Technical Program Managers (TPMs) to support our Engineering organization in delivering high-impact technical projects. The TPM will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing technical programs that align with our strategic goals.</p>
<p>This role requires a blend of technical acumen, project management expertise, hands-on involvement and strong cross-team leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee and manage our development and deployment processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with product timelines.</li>
<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Science, Marketing/Coms teams, Design, and Solutions to ensure alignment of engineering operations with overall product and business objectives.</li>
<li>Track project progress, timelines, and resources. Assist teams to implement processes to smoothen delivery process.</li>
<li>Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the engineering team, in coordination with the other TPMs.</li>
<li>Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on program status, risks, and issues, and to manage expectations.</li>
<li>Identify potential risks and issues in the program lifecycle, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.</li>
</ul>
<p>You may be a good fit if:</p>
<ul>
<li>You hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.).</li>
<li>You have proven experience in managing technical programs, preferably within an engineering team.</li>
<li>You have a strong understanding of software lifecycle management and deployment processes</li>
<li>You have excellent project management skills, with the ability to run multiple complex programs smoothly</li>
<li>You are thriving in cross functional collaboration and you know how to adapt your communication to stakeholders</li>
<li>You are highly organized and knows how to manage cross team dependencies</li>
<li>You are a proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.</li>
<li>You have strong design thinking skills and feel comfortable with actively contributing to architecture decisions</li>
</ul>
<p>Ideally, you have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience as a Software Developer.</li>
<li>Already worked in an AI company/project.</li>
<li>Knowledge of how LLMs are built and work.</li>
<li>Already worked as a Technical Program Manager</li>
