The TPM will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing technical programs that align with our strategic goals.</p>\n<p>This role requires a blend of technical acumen, project management expertise, hands-on involvement and strong cross-team leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and manage our development and deployment processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with product timelines.</li>\n<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Science, Marketing/Coms teams, Design, and Solutions to ensure alignment of engineering operations with overall product and business objectives.</li>\n<li>Track project progress, timelines, and resources.
