As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks.</p>\n<p><strong>About the Internship Program</strong></p>\n<p>As a Business Operations intern on the Finance BizOps Team, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build workflows to streamline existing processes and address existing pain points. You will lead the project scoping, solution design and code execution to achieve the defined objectives.</li>\n<li>Design, build, and support data or insight solutions that help incubate new data capabilities or programs. Example projects: commission forecast modelling, product margin analysis</li>\n<li>Create applications and internal tools that can be used by the broader FP&amp;A and BizOps team to elevate everyone&#39;s game</li>\n<li>Prototype leveraging latest AI technologies incl. Cloudflare Platform, emerging best practices to illustrate what can be possible in how we work</li>\n<li>Work in sprints to achieve critical milestones and update your progress through daily asynchronous updates.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor&#39;s or Master&#39;s or program in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Passionate about solving business problems or challenges using technology</li>\n<li>Are curious, proactive, and self-directed, have a natural drive to explore new technologies and a &#39;figure it out&#39; mindset.</li>\n<li>Can write working code in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language and have shipped something independently or as part of hackathon project, open source contribution, or a previous internship</li>\n<li>Communication: Ability to distill complex business or technical requirements into clear actionable insights.
