<li>Coordinate communication between internal development teams and China publishing/operations partners to ensure successful regional releases and live updates.</li>
<li>Lead China regional release execution across the full lifecycle, including pre-release planning, build scope definition, certification coordination, launch readiness, and post-release stabilization.</li>
<li>Develop structured release schedules and readiness plans tailored to China market requirements, accounting for certification, regulatory review, localization, and operational dependencies.</li>
<li>Identify, assess, escalate, and mitigate release and live service risks throughout the update lifecycle.</li>
<li>Use data and indicator tracking to improve release predictability and operational efficiency.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in game development, live service operations, project coordination, QA, or technical production.</li>
<li>Experience working in cross-cultural, global development environments.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools.</li>
<li>Fluent in Chinese (written and spoken) - required.</li>
<li>Business-level proficiency in English.</li>
<li>Understanding of China market release processes, certification flow, and regulatory considerations.</li>
