      <Description><![CDATA[<p>In this role, you will own the flight control system for XBAT, with responsibility for delivering stable, predictable, and operationally robust performance across all phases of flight.</p>
<p>Design and deliver the flight control system across all phases of flight including control allocation strategies that manage actuator redundancy, saturation, and degraded operations.</p>
<p>Lead development of high-fidelity 6DOF simulation environments and ensure accurate pre-flight performance predictions.</p>
<p>Define and execute the verification strategy, including linear analysis, Monte Carlo campaigns, disturbance/sensitivity/degraded operation testing, and HIL validation.</p>
<p>Diagnose and resolve simulation-to-flight mismatches, including unidentified dynamics and modeling gaps.</p>
<p>Support flight test operations, making risk-informed decisions and driving rapid iteration between flights.</p>
<p>Integrate control systems with propulsion, aero, actuation, sensors, state estimation, and autonomy, ensuring the vehicle behaves predictably under real-world disturbances and uncertainties.</p>
<p>Mentor and guide engineers while setting the technical standard for control system performance and rigor.</p>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a skilled Audio Software Engineer to join our team. As an Audio Software Engineer, you will be part of a team that is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the complete sound systems for multiple motor racing titles on PC and console. You will collaborate with recording artists and sound designers to provide authoring tools and support the implementation of complex sonic models into various middlewares including FMOD, openAL, and XAudio. You will also work closely with simulation engineers to provide a physics-driven soundscape, managing the performance and reliability of the audio system.</p>
<p>As an audio programmer, you will use existing and emerging technologies to improve the realism and fidelity for drivers through spatial audio and haptic cues. You will have a passion for audio, gaming, programming, and simulation. You will also have a strong proficiency in designing and implementing real-time audio systems for racing games, including audio middleware integration, DSP fundamentals, performance optimization, and cross-platform support.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>

<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years professional C++ programming experience</li>
<li>Experience developing and integrating sound engines in the gaming or simulation industries</li>
<li>Experience integrating with audio middlewares and system APIs</li>
<li>BS in computer science, or equivalent experience</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred skills:</p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years professional Python experience in high performance applications (Cython)</li>
<li>Experience with Digital Signal Processing, Acoustics, and Linear Systems e.g. filter design, granular synthesis, convolution, transfer functions, system identification and modeling</li>
<li>Experience with spatial audio e.g. object-based rendering, wave propagation, occlusion, early reflections, reverberation, ambisonics, near field effects</li>
<li>Experience with digital communication and protocols including data formats, speech processing, and psycho acoustics</li>
<li>Knowledge of audio engineering and sound design</li>
<li>Interest in motorsports and cars</li>
<li>Passion for gaming or simulation</li>
<li>Experience collaborating in a team with diverse skills and backgrounds.</li>
