We're looking for a talented Beauty Expert to join our team at Dublin Airport. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized beauty experiences for our clients.

• You will work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI's, feeding on the buzz of achieving your goals and being the best you can be.
• You will be a team player, understanding your impact and how vital your role is, and be able to adapt to change at the last minute.
• You will champion the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience, living and breathing the Charlotte Tilbury makeup looks.
• You will follow the company grooming standards to a tee, knowing what good looks like and not being afraid to display it.

About You

• You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor, ideally gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
• You will aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen – and continues to grow.
• You will love all things Charlotte Tilbury – and not be afraid to spread the word.
• You will champion positivity – and be able to think in a limitless way that makes your energy shine.
• You will be required to be flexible to work on a shift basis, including both early shifts and late shifts.
