We are seeking a Manager, Solutions Consulting to lead our APAC Solutions Consulting team. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a frontline manager leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers, with direct accountability for team performance, coaching, and feedback. They will also have 8+ years of relevant customer-facing or practitioner technical experience in similar roles.
\nThe Manager, Solutions Consulting will be responsible for leading, hiring, and motivating a diverse team of Solutions Consultants across APAC. They will participate in customer and prospect meetings alongside their team, assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring, and career growth. They will also work cross-functionally to help define and execute our technical pre- and post-sales strategy.
\nTo be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills with practitioner and executive audiences, including the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. They will also need to demonstrate success collaborating with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Product, Customer Success, Partners, and Support.
\nWhile not required, it's an added plus if the candidate has experience with developer personas and dev tools, with knowledge of light scripting, querying, or prototyping. Practical experience using or working with Figma is also a plus. Experience leading teams across multiple time zones is also desirable.

\nThe listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
