<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Readily interact with all visitors/tenants within the shopping centre, delivering first class customer focused service</li>
<li>Carry out regular patrols of the shopping centre as detailed in the site assignment Instructions, being always proactive</li>
<li>Continuously look for opportunities to be of assistance to visitors at the shopping centre, proactively helping wherever opportunities arise</li>
<li>Safeguard all the sites are safe and non-threatening environment for all visitors/tenants.</li>
<li>Ensuring all incidents are managed in accordance with site policies and procedure</li>
<li>Liaising with site control room proactively reacting to incidents and ensuring colleagues are fully briefed and always supported</li>
<li>Ensure any unsecure areas of the site are reported to Control Room immediately and action taken to resolve</li>
<li>Record/log all non-conformances and emergencies with the appropriate control room operatives</li>
<li>Deal efficiently and effectively with all emergencies ensuring the Centre team are kept fully always informed</li>
<li>Intelligent understanding of human behaviour, monitoring and surveillance of suspect individuals, logging, and reporting incidents in line with site/company polices</li>
<li>Maintain vigilance and highlight/manage unauthorised access by banned individuals</li>
<li>Ensure radio procedures are always adhered to</li>
<li>Ensure all events/incidents are recorded in the Security Officer notebook correctly and notebook policies are always adhered to</li>
<li>Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.</li>
<li>Any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager</li>
<li>Ensure a timely response to all security issues and events</li>
<li>Complete all training requirements as requested by line manager</li>
<li>Be available to cover at least one additional shift per month if requested to cover absence/annual leave</li>
<li>Liaise closely with the Environmental Services team delivering one service and highlight opportunities in working as one team</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for a Business Development Manager to cover Bromborough. Their role will be to create, manage, develop and maintain a pipeline of purely new business opportunities in order to deliver profitable revenue growth for the small to medium sized customer division.</p>
<p>The role involves managing and influencing a range of day to day and strategic issues. You will require the drive and passion to achieve the return on sales through planned, objective management of your sales activities and processes. <p>Key responsibilities include:</p>

Managing a sales territory and creating prospect lists for business opportunities. Reporting calls, leads, quotes and contract activity on to the Company Operating System. Producing and presenting as required, weekly, monthly, quarterly personal performance. Liaising regularly with Regional Commercial Manager/ Depot Manager / Regional General Manager to determine sales offensives within region. Be the primary interface between Biffa and our target customers. Responsible for door to door sales prospecting and pricing negotiations.</p>
<p>Essential requirements include: Experience of generating a sales pipeline and working to 100% new business. Proven track record in sales. Consistent over achiever of sales targets. This could be a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to progress into field sales. Experience in telesales or other hunter sales-driven roles is essential.</p>
