The Cinematography Lead is responsible for working with the capture team and creative directors to build dynamic and authentic cameras for gameplay moments. These shots will be used in marketing and promotional content for advertising and social media. You will need 3+ years experience as a Camera Operator or Camera Animator, working in cinematography techniques, camera philosophy, and camera technology. You will collaborate with the visual content leads, editorial partners, gameplay leads, and camera crew across multiple franchises to create the desired aesthetic and mood for each project, ensuring consistency and coherence throughout each asset.</p>
<p><strong>Must Have Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ Experience as a Camera Operator or Camera Animator or similar role in film, television or sports productions.</li>
<li>Proficiency in cinematography techniques, camera operation and direction.</li>
<li>Experience in 3D tools like Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, 3ds Max, etc. a plus</li>
<li>Proficiency with computers, ability to troubleshoot a plus</li>
<li>Ability to learn new software</li>
<li>Creative vision and ability to translate concepts into visually compelling imagery.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of camera equipment, lenses, and accessories.</li>
<li>Adept at working in changing production environments.</li>
<li>Self starter with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and features.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Flexible and team-oriented. Should have good interpersonal and follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.</li>
<li>Ability to work in group settings under high-pressure and tight deadlines.</li>

<p><strong>Daily/Weekly tasks</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Physically operate virtual camera rigs handheld, gimbal, jib &amp; tripod</li>
<li>Use software to create animated cameras using keyframes</li>
<li>Maintain consistency in visual style and quality throughout the production</li>
<li>Problem solves to achieve the best results while working within the confines of unfinished technology</li>
<li>Communicate any issues with leads to determine the best way to adjust capture to achieve the visual goal for the asset</li>
<li>Collaborate with the visual content directors to understand the creative vision and visual language and translate that to the camera teams</li>
<li>Provide realistic expectations on workload</li>
<li>Communicate with the crew to convey creative direction, provide feedback, and address technical challenges</li>
<li>You will report to the Senior Cinematography Lead to ensure resource and tools meet the requirements of the job</li>

<p>The Vision System Subject Matter Expert will develop and maintain vision system standards across Powertrain processes, assist program teams in reviewing specific vision system applications, and support launch teams and plants solve vision system issues.</p>
<p>You&#39;ll have the opportunity to create and maintain PTME vision system standards, work with BoP owners to keep process standards concurrent with vision standards, update and maintain PTME vision system specifications, and work with the controls organization to develop and maintain hardware standards.</p>
<p>You&#39;ll also identify opportunities to reduce cost of vision systems hardware and software, apply ATP standards across powertrain, implement proof of concept solutions in production, develop plans to replicate new vision solutions across plants/lines, and benchmark powertrain facilities against BoP, PTME and ATP standards.</p>
<p>You&#39;ll have the chance to diagnose and resolve vision system issues, support program and plant manufacturing teams&#39; efforts to resolve vision system FTT and detection issues, provide support for program teams when reviewing vision system selection, and review OEM and vision integrator recommendations for feasibility, effectiveness, and compliance to standards.</p>
<p>You&#39;ll work with a variety of tools and technologies, including camera hardware, vision specific hardware, phone/tablet hardware, traditional toolsets, OMS, Ford IT systems, FMA documentation, error proofing validation methods, cobots, traceability requirements, and data analysis tools.</p>
<p>You may also have the opportunity to work with six-sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, strong controls background, knowledge of AI as it applies to vision systems, expertise selecting lenses, and understanding depth of field, resolution, and focal length calculations, knowledge and application of lighting techniques, knowledge and application of filtering software, proficiency in industry-standard platforms, experience in custom algorithm development, knowledge of PLC and other controls components, and ability to read, create, and update Electrical/Controls drawings.</p>
