This role requires strong judgment, independent execution, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment. The ideal candidate operates comfortably amid ambiguity and shifting priorities, brings structure to evolving workstreams, and helps scale executive and team operations in support of OpenAI’s mission to ensure AGI benefits humanity.</p>\n<p>This role is based in San Francisco.
