You will also support and enable all onsite process operations in alignment with the Process Generalist, using inputs from internal and external resources so site personnel clearly understand production goals, materials, standards, and objectives for upstream and downstream customers. Additionally, you will maintain strong relationships with the End-to-End mission team, Operations Technicians, Planning, Distribution and Logistics, cost controllers, unit leads, site leads, and other support personnel to resolve production challenges and ensure smooth operations.

As a Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for adapting quickly to changes in the business, courageously facing new challenges and opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of compliance and safety so that quality and safety standards are achieved in all activities. You will also document and communicate work results clearly and accurately during shift handovers to ensure continuity and alignment across teams.
