      <Title>Electrical Integration - Staff Electrical Engineer</Title>
      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are growing the Avionics Engineering team to support development of the X-BAT aircraft and the Launch and Recovery Vehicle. Our team is designing a flight critical, custom avionics system to support communications, compute, AI, power, telemetry, and all other needed aircraft systems.</p>
<p>This role is an exciting opportunity to be responsible for integrating avionics systems, sensors, actuators, and payloads onto the XBAT and Launch and Recovery vehicle ensuring from concept through production.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end integration of avionics systems across aircraft and launch/recovery platforms</li>
<li>Define avionics architecture, harnessing, and system integration documentation for avionics systems</li>
<li>Own integration of COTS and custom hardware onto the platform - including compute, radios, sensors, actuators, and power systems</li>
<li>Drive system-level debugging and root cause analysis across electrical, mechanical, and software domains</li>
<li>Develop integration plans, verification strategies, and qualification test approaches to relevant standards and requirements</li>
<li>Oversee harness architecture and electrical interface control documentation (ICDs)</li>
<li>Lead hardware bring-up, HIL and flight test integration, and production transition</li>
<li>Mentor junior engineers and raise overall technical standards within the team</li>
<li>Proactively identify design risks and drive mitigation early in development</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems Engineering or equivalent technical degree</li>
<li>6+ years of industry experience in avionics or complex embedded system integration</li>
<li>Proven experience integrating flight-critical or mission-critical hardware systems</li>
<li>Deep understanding of power distribution, signal integrity, grounding, EMI/EMC considerations</li>
<li>Experience with hardware/software integration and cross-functional technical leadership</li>
<li>Demonstrated ownership of systems from concept through production</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and embedded domains</li>
<li>Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced development environments with flight schedules</li>
