<p>Role Summary</p>
<p>As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving Mistral&#39;s adoption among our most strategic enterprise customers. We are looking for highly action-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, love making deals, and have a strong bias for execution.</p>
<p>Responsibilities</p>
<p>Lead Development (Strategic Outbound &amp; Qualified Inbound)</p>
<ul>
<li>Drive strategic outreach &amp; leverage introductions to engage high-potential enterprise customers</li>
<li>Convert inbound opportunities into high-value partnerships, including upsells and bespoke enterprise agreements</li>
<li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities</li>
</ul>
<p>Value Proposition Validation</p>
<ul>
<li>Support enterprise customers through Proof of Concept (POC) phases, ensuring a smooth and impactful evaluation process</li>
<li>Translate successful evaluations into long-term production contracts by demonstrating clear ROI and business impact</li>
<li>Align Mistral&#39;s capabilities with customer strategic priorities</li>
</ul>
<p>Deal Management &amp; Closing</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to convert leads into long-term customers</li>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders throughout the entire sales cycle</li>
<li>Lead negotiations and collaborate with legal, technical, and implementation teams to finalize agreements</li>
</ul>
<p>Executive Engagement</p>
<ul>
<li>Build strong relationships with C-level executives, innovation leaders, and senior decision-makers</li>
<li>Understand customer strategic priorities and position Mistral&#39;s AI capabilities as a critical enabler of their initiatives</li>
<li>Guide executive stakeholders through complex technology adoption decisions</li>
</ul>
<p>Technical Collaboration</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop a strong understanding of Mistral&#39;s AI platform and technical capabilities</li>
<li>Work closely with implementation and engineering teams to address technical questions and ensure successful deployments</li>
</ul>
<p>Training &amp; Enablement</p>
<ul>
<li>Share customer insights internally to inform product development and strategy</li>
<li>Help internal teams better understand enterprise customer needs and market opportunities</li>
</ul>
<p>Who You Are</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Consulting or Strategic Background</p>
</li>
<li><p>Experience in strategy consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar firms)</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong ability to structure complex problems and translate strategy into action</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>Commercial Mindset</p>
<ul>
<li>Highly action-oriented with a strong bias toward execution</li>
<li>Passion for deal-making and turning opportunities into closed agreements</li>
<li>Ability to operate in fast-paced and ambiguous environments</li>
</ul>
<p>Executive Presence</p>
<ul>
<li>Comfortable engaging and influencing C-level executives</li>
<li>Strong communication and storytelling skills</li>
</ul>
<p>Nice to Have</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working on large transformation projects (AI, infrastructure, telecom, energy, or digital transformation)</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI, data platforms, or enterprise software ecosystems</li>
<li>Ideally had a first role in sales; business development, deal closing roles</li>
</ul>
