<p>The ideal candidate will have a bachelor&#39;s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field, and at least 8 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, specifically in a supply chain or production-related role focused on complex mechanical and/or electrical assembly.</p>

      <Title>Senior Technical Designer in Animation</Title>
      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a Senior Technical Designer in Animation to join our team working on different animation systems. As a Senior Technical Designer in Animation, you will use your knowledge of animation and technical understanding of character animation to create animation systems that facilitate attractive and high-quality character movement. You will be the primary point of contact for animation implementation issues and any related technical challenges, working closely with animation, design, and programming teams to ensure the animation pipeline runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also help identify potential issues and implement correct solutions, using your technical knowledge to help connect and facilitate communication between the animation team and other departments.</p>
<p>You will create tools, techniques, and animation behavior philosophies that enable the construction of complex movement systems. You will design and implement state machines and animation behaviors, as well as execution solutions. You will work closely with the animation, design, and programming teams to analyze, diagnose, and solve animation implementation issues in the game and related technical challenges. You will collaborate closely with the animation leadership to maintain the style and quality of animations in the game. You will seek opportunities to improve the animation pipeline and help provide solutions to animation technical issues, including training and creating documentation for the animation team.</p>
<p>We are looking for someone with a strong sensitivity to animation, with a clear understanding of realistic and stylized character movement and how to achieve it through modern animation methods. You should have experience in animation pipelines, including content creation tools such as Maya, MotionBuilder, and Unreal Engine, using our Control Rig toolset. You should demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, with strong written communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with animation gameplay tools, such as blend trees and state machines, and experience with Unreal Engine Animation Blueprints is a plus. Experience with AAA game development, preferably in large teams using established game engines (internal or commercial), and experience with Unreal Engine is a plus. You should demonstrate self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.</p>
<p>Note: Programming experience in C++ is not required.</p>
