You&#39;ll be responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth through App Store Optimization (ASO) and website conversion rate optimization (CRO) that turns visitors into engaged creators.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Own mobile app growth and App Store Optimization (ASO)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead ASO strategy to increase visibility, discoverability, and conversion in the App Store and Google Play</li>\n<li>Optimize app store presence including metadata, keywords, screenshots, preview videos, ratings/reviews, and feature placements</li>\n<li>Analyze performance data to continuously refine messaging, creative, and store listing elements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Drive website conversion rate optimization (CRO)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own conversion optimization across Replit.com, including landing pages, product pages, and signup flows</li>\n<li>Establish rigorous A/B testing programs for web experiences to improve visitor-to-signup and signup-to-activation rates</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Design and Content teams to develop and test high-performing landing page variations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Build testing infrastructure and experimentation culture</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with Product and Engineering to implement testing frameworks and tools for both mobile and web</li>\n<li>Develop hypotheses based on data analysis, user research, and competitive intelligence</li>\n<li>Document learnings and share insights across the organization to inform broader product and marketing strategy</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Analyze, measure, and report on performance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure mobile and web conversion performance</li>\n<li>Identify friction points and conversion drop-offs across mobile app install flows and website signup funnels</li>\n<li>Monitor competitive landscape and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You&#39;ll Bring</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of growth or performance marketing experience with significant focus on mobile app growth and website conversion optimization</li>\n<li>Deep expertise in ASO and website CRO, including A/B testing, metadata optimization, landing page optimization, and improving conversion rates across the funnel</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with mobile measurement platforms and analytics tools</li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with proven ability to establish testing cultures – you design experiments, interpret data, and run rigorous programs that deliver measurable results</li>\n<li>Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to implement tracking and optimize user experiences</li>\n<li>Creative problem-solver with bias for experimentation – you iterate constantly and aren&#39;t afraid to fail fast</li>\n<li>Experience marketing to non-technical audiences (creators, PMs, designers, business professionals) and optimizing for both B2C and B2B motions</li>\n<li>Background in SaaS products, developer tools, AI-powered testing tools, or high-growth tech companies is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Salary &amp;
