YubHub-native raw fields carry `x-` prefix.","jobs":[{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","identifier":{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"YubHub","value":"job_533c04d9-a1d"},"title":"Electrician","description":"<p>To efficiently manage and support the continual running of the technical services &amp; fabric maintenance contract on a day-to-day basis at the Trafford Centre on behalf of ABM Technical Solutions.</p>\n<p>The Electrician will be responsible for ensuring consistent operational delivery through smart working and the efficient execution of daily, weekly &amp; monthly planned maintenance &amp; reactive maintenance activities to ensure the property remains safe, compliant and in smooth operational order for ABM, our customers &amp; visitors.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with using CAFM systems, ordering parts and understanding of KPIs</li>\n<li>Assisting with compiling monthly reports and working closely with the Contract Manager to provide a monthly report which demonstrates ABM compliance, reactive and ongoing project works.</li>\n<li>Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the Contract Manager, including fault finding, test, repair and preventative maintenance of building fabric and other duties in support of the rest of the team.</li>\n<li>Closing/updating completed PPM tasks on the site computerised maintenance system.</li>\n<li>Ensuring engineering standards are maintained to maximise the operation effectiveness and reliability of the plant and associated systems.</li>\n<li>Coordinating specialist subcontractors&#39; requirements both for PPM and reactive works.</li>\n<li>Ensuring company QA and site procedures are adhered to in all aspects.</li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate site records/documentation in association with all site works.</li>\n<li>Inspecting the condition of services and proactively dealing with callouts/repairs as required, and requested by management.</li>\n<li>Attending site emergencies, outside of normal working hours and participating in the on-call rota.</li>\n<li>Carrying out tasks within typical plantroom environments and at high level, working from platforms and ladders. All access and PPE will be provided.</li>\n<li>Keeping and maintaining all company issued tools in a safe and serviceable manner.</li>\n<li>Proactively working towards the continued success and support of the contract with a positive approach.</li>\n<li>Complying with Health, Safety and Environmental procedures, as detailed in the site plans.</li>\n<li>Completing any other associated task requested by the management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Additional responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with training and supervising engineers to build a positive relationship within the team and assisting engineers as required to get works completed to a satisfactory level.</li>\n<li>Good IT skills – Intermediate level, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills as this will be a client-facing role, along with team talks/toolbox talks with the team.</li>\n<li>Good understanding of Health &amp; Safety in the workplace.</li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of M&amp;E Building Services, Facilities management experience.
