We are looking for a motivated and skilled Industriemechaniker Instandhaltung (m/w/d) to join our team in Kiel. As an Industriemechaniker Instandhaltung (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of our production and filling equipment for lubricants.

Your tasks will include:

• Maintenance, repair, and operation of production and filling equipment for lubricants
• Systematic fault analysis and elimination
• Work on mixers, pumps, and piping systems
• Accompanying, coordinating, and training external service providers
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant work and safety regulations
• Active participation in continuous improvements in the production process

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Completed training as an Industriemechaniker, Betriebsschlosser (Elektroniker for Maschinen and Antriebstechnik welcome)
• Relevant work experience is an advantage - motivated beginners are also welcome
• Independent, structured, and reliable work habits
• Solution-oriented thinking and hands-on mentality
• Team spirit combined with initiative and sense of responsibility
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering is a plus
• Willingness to work shifts
• Openness to changes and interest in digital processes and systems
