<p>Data-driven mindset, comfortable defining and tracking KPIs, analyzing performance, making recommendations, and ability to be hands-on, conceptualize campaigns, build assets, drive to execution are also required.</p>

<p>Preferred qualifications include experience at companies with PLG (product-led growth) or developer-focused go-to-market motions, experience selling an API product, background managing teams that handle high amounts of leads per day per rep, and track record of BDRs successfully transitioning to AE roles under your leadership.</p>
