What you'll do

• Define and execute the QEHS and sustainability strategy: Develop policies, procedures, and management systems that ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
• Compliance with regulations and certifications: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF16949, NSF, and other applicable local and international requirements.

What you need

• Formación in Grado in Ingeniería, Química, or Ciencias Ambientales; Máster in sistemas integrados de gestión (valorable Máster in Sostenibilidad).
• Experience of more than 10 years in QEHS and sustainability; minimum 5 years in a director position in the chemical or similar sector.
• Advanced knowledge in Normas ISO, IATF 16949, legislación aplicable, SAP, MS Office 365, herramientas de gestión (ISO-Tools, Kanbanize).
• Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (oral and escrito).
• Competencias: Liderazgo, pensamiento estratégico, orientación a resultados, capacidad de influencia, trabajo en entornos matriciales.
