      <Description><![CDATA[<p>You will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of physical or virtual servers, and other business-critical infrastructure components. This includes overseeing the technology infrastructure that supports the business and supporting internal users in troubleshooting and escalating issues that impact system health.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Day-to-day operations of Mainframe computing platform, ensuring high availability including hardware and software components.</li>
<li>Monitoring and support of Mainframe Consoles, HMC, TEP, and other monitoring tools. Respond to system alerts, abends (abnormal ends), and production issues.</li>
<li>First-line support for all z/OS, JES2, and JES3, and middleware issues using documented operating procedures. Perform first-level diagnosis, escalate to system programmers or application teams if needed.</li>
<li>Support regular maintenance activities—IPL/POR. Perform routine health checks and apply patches or fixes as directed.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate operational procedures, run books, and incident logs.</li>
<li>Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.</li>
<li>Suggest automation opportunities and process improvements.</li>
<li>Mainframe Batch Event Monitoring (CA7) &amp; Scheduling, Mainframe Online transaction Failure Handling and Batch and first-line closure of issues.</li>
<li>Manage bridge calls during incidents.</li>
<li>Responsible for Event management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfillment, and Knowledge Management adherence with ITSM framework</li>
<li>Acknowledge Tickets and conduct quick triage, provide solution and close the ticket within SLA; Ensure escalation of tickets to next level according to Prose within SLA time.</li>
<li>Work with global teams and stakeholders including PDO, Customers, internal &amp; external Auditors, and cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Participate in standup meeting on a daily basis and discuss operational issues</li>
<li>Actively participate in the analysis and review of proposed system configuration changes/maintenance</li>
<li>Focus on Process adherence, process improvements, knowledge management, and Problem Management</li>
<li>Support efforts on Security &amp; Control processes and Audit comments</li>
<li>Support 24/7 operations &amp; flexible timings, Global operations support</li>
<li>Support Automation through Scripts (JCL and Rexx) &amp; RPA(Pega)</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Certified in ITIL</li>
<li>Must have experience in handling teams across 24x7 shifts</li>
<li>Must be hands-on with Console Operations and Batch processing</li>
