      <Description><![CDATA[<p>CoreWeave is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to play a key role in supporting and scaling its internal IT environment. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will blend hands-on end-user and systems support with automation, platform ownership, and process improvement. You will work daily across identity, endpoints, SaaS platforms, and office infrastructure, while contributing to repeatable, scalable solutions that support a growing, distributed workforce.</p>
<p>This role requires strong technical depth, sound operational judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment. You will work closely with Security, Systems Engineering, People Ops, and Engineering to support the full employee lifecycle while continuously improving reliability, automation, and operational maturity.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include administering identity and access management platforms, managing macOS and Windows endpoints, administering ITSM platforms, and troubleshooting across SaaS, endpoint, identity, and network layers. You will also create and maintain technical documentation for systems and operational procedures.</p>
