\nIn this role, you will:
\nPurchase Order Management: Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet production and program needs.
\nSupplier Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
\nProblem Solving: Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues to keep projects on track.
\nOrder Tracking: Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules.
\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to align procurement with company goals.
\nData & Process Management: Maintain accurate records, track procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
\nCompliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, ITAR, FAR/DFAR regulations, and maintain accurate procurement records.
\nRequired qualifications include:
\nBachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field
\n2+ years of supply chain experience, including technical procurement
\nExperience with aerospace/defense industry standards, ITAR compliance, and FAR/DFAR regulations
\nAbility to read technical drawings and blueprints
\nAbility to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA
\nPreferred qualifications include:
\nStrong organisational and time-management skills
\nExcellent communication and negotiation abilities
\nProficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
\nAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
\nThe salary range for this role is $98,000-$130,000 USD.
