Your tasks will include:

Developing and implementing an integrated management system (IMS) for an internationally active consulting firm, including international adaptations

Further developing existing quality and environmental management systems and rolling them out to national and international units

Planning and conducting internal audits and self-assessments, as well as managing external certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001)

Analyzing audit results and management evaluations, and deriving and implementing sustainable improvement measures

Advising internal departments on quality and management system topics with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and best practices

Creating and presenting management reports for stakeholders based on internationally aggregated data, as well as developing methods, processes, and standards in the context of a modern consulting firm

Your work style is characterized by strategic thinking, developed analytical skills, and a structured and risk-oriented approach. You work independently and result-oriented, and convince through your international communication strength in exchange with management, departments, and certification bodies. Even in complex, international audit and management system processes, you always maintain an overview and pursue a high quality standard
