<p><strong>ServiceNow Integration</strong></p>
<p>Collaborate on the integration of ServiceNow with our existing systems, developing a user-friendly intranet-style portal that supports employee engagement and communication.</p>
<p><strong>Tool and Technology Focus</strong></p>
<p>Utilize technical expertise to enhance our communication platforms, ensuring that tools like SharePoint and ServiceNow are effectively leveraged to meet team goals.</p>
<p><strong>Collaboration</strong></p>
<p>Work closely with the Communications and Engagement team to ensure that all technical solutions are aligned with broader team strategies and goals.</p>
<p><strong>Training and Support</strong></p>
<p>Provide training and support to team members on using SharePoint and ServiceNow tools, ensuring smooth adoption and ongoing use.</p>
<p>Qualifications ------------</p>
<ul>
<li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in SharePoint design and customization, experience with ServiceNow, and a strong understanding of integrating these tools.</li>
<li>Communications Background: Previous experience in a communications or engagement role, with the ability to translate technical solutions into impactful communication strategies.</li>
