This role will allow you to build positive relationships, exude our values, and contribute to our org-wide recruiting efforts and processes.</p>\n<p>What you&#39;ll do at Figma:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of software engineering roles</li>\n<li>Collaborate with engineering leaders to develop early-stage hiring strategies for critical technical positions</li>\n<li>Craft thoughtful candidate outreach messages to engage passive talent</li>\n<li>Develop a deep understanding of Figma&#39;s business and products and communicate this effectively with candidates</li>\n<li>Act as a direct extension of our engineering team and the primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach through the offer stage, ensuring an excellent candidate experience</li>\n<li>Take a highly organized approach to candidate tracking and pipeline metrics</li>\n<li>Own and iterate on our interview processes and approach to optimally evaluate and execute recruiting strategies</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We&#39;d love to hear from you if you have:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience</li>\n<li>2+ years of experience recruiting for engineering roles</li>\n<li>Proven success sourcing your own pipelines and developing top of funnel strategies</li>\n<li>Extensive experience and expertise within engineering communities and emerging technical trends</li>\n<li>Experience collaborating with functional leaders and cross-functional partners to navigate complex offer scenarios and resolve candidate objections</li>\n</ul>\n<p>While not required, it&#39;s an added plus if you also have:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in analytics recruiting</li>\n<li>Experience using Figma&#39;s products</li>\n<li>A team-first mentality, embracing learning, growing, and shared success with recruiting colleagues</li>\n<li>Experience using Gem and Greenhouse</li>\n<li>A passion for fostering belonging and inclusion</li>\n</ul>\n<p>At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
