<p>Basic Qualifications:</p>

      <Title>Senior Manager (all genders) Accelerating to Space</Title>

<p>As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing and controlling consulting projects in the space industry along the entire value chain ranging from satellite and launcher manufacturing to ground and service operators. You will inspire, holistic and multiple project management, e.g. to design and optimize operational workflows in manufacturing, testing, mission operations, or their support processes (e.g. supply chain, logistics, quality).</p>
<p>You will develop top line strategies around market entry (e.g. M&amp;A, technology and engineering roadmaps) and new business models (e.g. satellite-as-a-service, space data monetization). You will drive knowledge development for internal and external purposes to maintain Porsche Consulting at the cutting edge in the space industry. You will take end-to-end responsibility for projects and provide support in project acquisition.</p>

<li>Master’s degree in economics or aerospace engineering, ideally supplemented by MBA or PhD</li>
<li>Several years of professional experience in strategy consulting with a focus on aerospace — ideally supplemented by line or management experience in the international aerospace industry</li>
<li>Well-founded knowledge in strategy development and implementation as well as process and organizational design</li>
<li>High process understanding along the entire value chain</li>
<li>Practical experience in project management — from defining objectives to team composition, task differentiation, and team leadership to success tracking and successful project completion</li>
<li>Fluent English and German, further languages are favorable</li>
<li>High willingness for domestic and international travel</li>
