The Logistics team has built a white glove service that is responsible for developing and executing Anduril's strategy to deliver hardware and software to our customers where it is both mission critical and logistically challenging. This will require a breadth of understanding logistics, the ability to work across teams seamlessly, a deep appreciation for details, and the ability to learn new subject matters quickly.

As you execute on service delivery for our customers and team members, you have the unique opportunity to improve and grow our logistics capabilities. You will be charged with helping Anduril teams solve exceptional challenges, unblocking issues, and establishing procedures, all with the intention of making sure our customers missions are being met.

• Drive the shipment lifecycle for all demos, deployments, and exercises within Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA)
• End-to-end delivery of vehicles and equipment for all demos, deployments, and exercises
• Reverse logistics for all Anduril hardware
• White glove service delivery of Anduril hardware to its destination
• Partner with Legal & Compliance to further increase Anduril's capabilities in international shipping, customs, and export controls
• Be responsible for Dangerous Goods shipping and our shipping strategies around hazardous materials
• Be familiar with international logistics procedures like VAT, customs compliance, and duties
• Proactively identify, propose, and fix logistical processes

Job Purpose

Execute tasks regarding order fulfillment, stocking, cycle-count, receiving, shipping and other general logistics assignments as required.

Key Accountabilities

1. Ability to operate a standard vehicle to support parts movement operations.
2. Ability to be forklift certified.
3. Knowledgeable in aerospace parts.
4. Ability to input, analyse, and understand computer based WMS system transactions.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes).
6. Strong communication skills both oral and written.
7. Ability to use a hand scanner, barcode labeling and scale system effectively.
8. Ability to lift 50 lbs. to chest height.
9. Able to perform effectively on above ground lifts or working at heights.
10. Parts handling and inventory control experience preferred.
11. Hazardous material handling and shipping experience preferred.
12. Export Compliance / International Shipping experience preferred.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Education, Experience, Certification and/or Licensure:

1. High school diploma
2. Knowledge of SAP
3. 0-1 year experience in material control or logistics
4. Valid drivers license

1. Incumbents may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise heat-cold-dust, and/or aircraft equipment, parts, or fuel odors.
2. Incumbents may be required to stand, sit, squat, walk, bend, move, reach, or stretch for prolonged time periods with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
3. Work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all regulatory requirements (FAA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, State, and Federal regulations, etc.).
4. Read, hear, speak, and see with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
5. Comprehend and adhere to management directions and/or safety instructions with no restrictions.
6. Effectively communicate in Business English language.
7. Pull, push, carry, lift, or move items up to 10 lbs. throughout the work shift without assistance, as required by job duties.
8. Pull, push, carry, lift or move materials/people/items/equipment weighing up to 50lbs or more during the work shift, with the use of Company provided 'reach assistance technology' or 'movement assist technology' (fork-lifts, pallet jacks, pulleys, dolly's, robotics reach equipment, people movers etc.), as required by job duties.
