As a People Operations Lead, you will contribute to our vision, analyse our current state, and then get hands-on to build our future state. You&#39;ll build some of these new processes and workflows yourself, and others will be built in partnership with more technical teams (e.g. People Systems).</p>\n<p>Our work doesn’t exist in a silo, so you’ll work closely with other People teams and cross-functional partners like IT, Legal, Finance, and Security to improve workflows end-to-end.
