      <Description><![CDATA[<p>You will work onsite from Bogotá as a Quality Analyst I, playing a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality gaming experiences by executing and improving testing processes. You will proactively participate in quality tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and practices.</p>
<p>Your efforts will help maintain EA’s high standards for quality and user satisfaction. You will report to the Quality Verification (QV) Leadership Team.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Execute scripted test cases and exploratory testing, identify and document defects, and ensure clear, actionable reporting.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement in product quality.</li>
<li>Analyze test results, provide insights, and contribute to process enhancements.</li>
<li>Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations effectively across teams and time zones.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1+ years of experience in QA testing or a similar role</li>
<li>Experience with process documentation and test case management.</li>
<li>Familiar with bug tracking software like Jira or JaaS.</li>
<li>Understanding of software and/or game development life cycles and interdisciplinary team dependencies.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Fluent in English, both verbal and written.</li>
</ul>
