\nAs our AI Deployment Strategist, you'll be the catalyst driving the adoption and scaling of cutting-edge AI solutions. It's a purely IC role.
\nYou'll work at the intersection of innovation and impact, empowering businesses to leverage GenAI for transformative results.
\nResponsibilities
\nPre-Sales & Sales Activities:
\nConduct pre-sales calls to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and aspirations.
\nLead qualification calls to pinpoint prospects who would gain the most from our solutions.
\nCollaborate with the sales team to advance the sale pipeline, providing technical expertise and insights where necessary.
\nProduct Implementation, Integration & Deployment:
\nGuide and support customers in deploying our models and products into their infrastructure.
\nWork closely with customers to fine-tune models according to their specific requirements.
\nAssist clients in integrating our APIs into their front-end interfaces, ensuring a smooth user experience.
\nRegularly liaise with the product and technical teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements.
\nDesign and develop product features that would meet the need of many customers.
\nCustomer Success & Support:
\nContinually ensure that the customer is maximizing the product's potential.
\nProvide post-deployment support, addressing any issues or challenges that arise promptly.
\nConduct periodic reviews with customers to ascertain their satisfaction and gather feedback.
\nOffer recommendations for product optimisations or new features based on customer feedback.
\nDelivering value to the customers:
\nExecute on effective technical discovery to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and desired outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives.
\nContribute to effectively identifying, qualifying, and disqualifying opportunities where Mistral solutions can unlock the most value for the customer.
\nOn the project, Influence evaluation criteria and gain control of evaluations and the evaluation process
\nCreate a strategic vision for the customer on the project, based on a deep understanding of their strategy, desired positive business outcomes, and required capabilities.
\nAbout you
\nYou hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.)
\nYou have been involved in a customer-facing role
\nPassion for AI, with a constant drive to stay updated and ahead of the curve
\nProven experience in product implementation in AI or machine learning products
\nYou have strong project & stakeholder management skills
\nYou are proficient in developing custom prototypes using frameworks in Python or Javascript
\nYou have foundational knowledge in AI/ML/Data science
\nProficient in understanding and developing code
\nFamiliarity with front-end interfaces and integration processes.
\nYou have ability to connect technology and business value
\nYou are result-driven and resilient
\nFluent in English
\nBeing familiar with sales qualification concepts is a strong plus
