<p>As a Professional Services Engagement Manager at Stripe, you will lead complex and multi-faceted project teams that accelerate implementations and drive meaningful growth and innovation on the Stripe platform.</p>

<li>Provide proactive risk assessment, prevention, and mitigation plans and the efficient identification, tracking, and resolution of issues and decisions using established tools and templates with internal and user stakeholders.</li>
<li>Proactively drive interlock between the user and Stripe&#39;s Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment with Stripe&#39;s roadmap.</li>
<li>Ensure a smooth transition of the implemented Stripe capabilities into operation for the user, including knowledge transfer and the handover to Stripe Support.</li>
<li>Actively participate in a global community of practitioners to continually evolve and improve the way in which Stripe leads and supports our Users through high-impact and complex implementations of Stripe&#39;s payment infrastructure.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>8+ years of consulting experience partnering with enterprise-level strategic users on technology solutions, with a track record of top performance or a related field.</li>
<li>Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions.</li>
<li>Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts to Stripe&#39;s largest users in a way that they will understand.</li>
<li>Proven program management skills and experience.</li>
<li>Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify suboptimal processes and drive more efficient ways of working.</li>
<li>Ability to recognize repeated user-facing issues and build scalable solutions.</li>
<li>Superior verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to operate independently in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to engage with and lead executive stakeholders and key decision-makers on the user side to drive towards an agreed outcome.</li>
<li>Experience in working with or in complex enterprise organizational and decision-making structures.</li>
<li>An ability to work collaboratively with and influence Stripe&#39;s product and engineering teams to advocate for our users and continuously shape the forward roadmap of Stripe&#39;s applications.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prior experience at a growth-stage Internet/Enterprise Software company.</li>
<li>Industry certifications to ensure project success.</li>
<li>Prior experience in the payments industry.</li>
<li>A familiarity with the integration and testing of APIs.</li>

These projects require Integration and Test Engineers with hands-on experience to drive the delivery of hardware-focused capabilities to our customers. Anduril I&amp;T Engineers rapidly develop expertise in new domains in order to architect, design, deliver, support, and evolve next generation capabilities through the entire product life-cycle.</p>
<p>As an Integration and Test Engineer (Mechanical), you will work within a dynamic team of multidisciplinary engineers and specialists throughout the life of AUV design, integration, and test efforts. Your responsibilities will include:</p>

<li>Supporting design and integration of AUV mechanical subsystems and components, ensuring proper interfaces with electronic and software systems</li>
<li>Developing, building and operating physical integration environments and test fixtures to support system maturity efforts</li>
<li>Conducting root cause analysis for mechanical failures and implementing corrective actions</li>
<li>Providing mechanical subject matter expertise to test operations for AUV platforms, including conducting pre-mission testing, vehicle tasking, and data analysis</li>
<li>Writing, reviewing, and executing detailed test procedures to document the step-by-step execution of internal and customer-facing efforts to test and evaluate AUV subsystems, platforms, and new capabilities</li>
<li>Supporting infield debug, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs</li>
<li>May be in the field up to 20% of the time, supporting nearshore and offshore testing</li>
