You will design structures that not only meet standards but create real added value for an internationally operating consulting firm.</p>\n<p>Your tasks will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and implementing an integrated management system (IMS) for an internationally active consulting firm, including international adaptations</li>\n<li>Further developing existing quality and environmental management systems and rolling them out to national and international units</li>\n<li>Planning and conducting internal audits and self-assessments, as well as managing external certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001)</li>\n<li>Analyzing audit results and management evaluations, and deriving and implementing sustainable improvement measures</li>\n<li>Advising internal departments on quality and management system topics with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and best practices</li>\n<li>Creating and presenting management reports for stakeholders based on internationally aggregated data, as well as developing methods, processes, and standards in the context of a modern consulting firm</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To be well-prepared for your path as a Manager for Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001), you bring the following qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completed studies in quality management, business administration with a focus on quality management, or a comparable subject, and at least 6 years of professional experience, ideally in a consulting or service industry</li>\n<li>Passion for integrated management systems and audit and certification-relevant standards; you understand ISO norms not just as a requirement, but as a strategic instrument for quality assurance, risk minimization, and sustainable organizational development - especially in the context of consulting and service companies</li>\n<li>Expertise as an auditor in the application and implementation of assessments according to ISO norms (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001), process- and risk-based approach, supported by quality management and optimization methods such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, or PDCA</li>\n<li>Your work style is characterized by strategic thinking, developed analytical skills, and a structured and risk-oriented approach. You work independently and result-oriented, and convince through your international communication strength in exchange with management, departments, and certification bodies.
