hour law and familiarity with multi-state employment compliance</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience drafting employment documents, or contributing to motions, pleadings, and litigation strategy</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical business guidance</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Intellectual curiosity;
