<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>As a People &amp; Culture (P&amp;C) Partner to our Central Operations, Responsibility and Engagement (CORE) teams, you&#39;ll be a pivotal force in shaping and accelerating the delivery and performance of your Organisation&#39;s highest priorities. Working alongside the wider P&amp;C team, you will collaborate directly with CORE senior leaders to cultivate healthy, high-performing teams.</p>
<p>You&#39;ll deeply understand the business, provide strategic direction and coaching and lead change management initiatives across a dynamic, global organisation. You will proactively design and implement creative people and culture solutions that not only drive exceptional team performance but also directly align with our ambitious organisational goals, delivering measurable, impactful results.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Driving business strategy and outcomes - deeply understand the organisation&#39;s product, business and goals, and drive people strategies and tactics to support it</li>

<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>In order to set you up for success as a People &amp; Culture Partner at Google DeepMind, we look for the following skills and experience:</p>
<ul>
<li>You have substantial experience operating as an HR professional, ideally spanning both agile, scaling businesses and larger, complex, matrixed companies.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>You thrive in a dynamic environment and possess the ability to lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, while effectively prioritising and delegating tasks. You seamlessly transition between strategic planning and hands-on execution, demonstrating a strong understanding of both the operational and strategic aspects of HR.</li>

</ul>

      <Title>Motion Designer</Title>
      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our team at Digital Media Management (DMM). As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating motion design assets across multiple entertainment and gaming clients, guiding the creative look and motion graphic assets flow for all projects in their assigned vertical.</p>
<p>Our ideal candidate has a knack for communication, leadership, and analytics. You will work with the Creative Leads and Project Managers to provide motion design concepts for a variety of executions across entertainment and gaming based social campaigns. You will also collaborate with graphic designers and other creative team members to create original and innovative executions that drive fan engagement.</p>
<p>In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining your skills, and explore new techniques to guide the team and push the boundaries of motion graphics design.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Work with the Creative Leads and Project Managers to provide motion design concepts for a variety of executions across entertainment and gaming based social campaigns</li>
<li>Collaborate with graphic designers and other creative team members to create original and innovative executions that drive fan engagement</li>
<li>Partner with Social Media Managers and Creative Leads on client calls and asks, when applicable</li>
<li>Offer guidance to junior motion designers in regards to processes, files structures, animation techniques, new AE plugins, etc.</li>
<li>Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, explore new techniques to guide the team and push the boundaries of motion graphics design</li>
<li>Set the quality bar within the team, and help ensure that all creative motion assets meet or exceed DMM standards with Creative Leads</li>
<li>Identify and leverage key moments from cinematics, long form video, films, etc. to craft unique and visually compelling motion designs for different social media platforms</li>
<li>Contribute to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table for the overall success of the design team</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience creating motion graphics and/or social media edits</li>
<li>Strong technical skills and proven ability to use Adobe After Effects, Premiere and Photoshop, Cinema4D a plus</li>
<li>3+ years experience in a fast-paced social media agency, preferably with exposure to video game and entertainment clients</li>
<li>Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions</li>
<li>Excellent ability to create and pivot creative assets in a fast-paced working environment</li>
<li>Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>In-depth understanding of the entertainment industry, including knowledge of current social trends, platform landscape and gamer communities</li>
<li>A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft</li>
<li>Ability to design style frames is a plus</li>
<li>Availability to work between 9am and 6pm PST with flexibility for routine weekend coverage</li>
