      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for a Sr Sync Partnerships Manager to join our team in Brooklyn, New York. This role is based in Brooklyn with four days in-office and one day remote.</p>
<p>As a Sr Sync Partnerships Manager, you will identify, qualify, and close new customer accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will develop account plans to increase adoption and grow key accounts. You will build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and client champions in key accounts. You will develop and execute sales strategies tailored to key accounts. You will manage pipeline to keep forecasts and deals status effectively communicated across the organization. You will shape complex deals and negotiate contracts to closure, working closely with legal teams. You will create a meaningful presence for the company in related industry events. You will partner with UnitedMasters&#39; Music, Product, and Marketing teams to analyze market trends, deepen understanding of customer needs, refine unique selling propositions, and continually improve messaging. You will stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.</p>
<p>To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven ability to set goals and work cross-functionally to establish a strong market presence and revenue. You will have a track record in contributing to culture, process, and cross-functional collaboration to enable business success. You will be able to travel and host events to nurture and deepen client relationships.</p>
<p>Minimum qualifications include 3-5+ years of experience and extensive relationships selling campaign-based and/or program-based programs to Creative / Content / Marketing departments. You will have a proven network of contacts across Creative / Content / Marketing landscapes in Advertising, Sports, Digital Publishing, or Media within the US with a proven track record closing deals. You will be passionate about all genres of music and constantly evaluating new trends in the ever-changing music landscape. You will have a distinct point of view on where the industry is heading and ability to inform how UnitedMasters can leverage its position in culture and independent music distribution to build sustainable competitive advantages in sync. You will be an empathetic problem solver who is closely attuned to our company&#39;s values and those of the independent artists we serve. <p>Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business, Marketing, Music Industry, or a related field. You will have mastery of CRM software, such as Hubspot or Salesforce. You will have deep experience in selling Music to Creative Teams with a track record of success.</p>

<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p>As an Account Director focused on Insurance you will own executive-level relationships with leading Insurance organizations. You’ll help these companies safely and effectively deploy OpenAI’s technology to accelerate financial data analysis, automate backend operations, drive AI-powered research, and personalize customer engagement.</p>
<p>This role blends literacy, technical depth, business acumen, and relationship-driven enterprise sales. You will collaborate closely with researchers, engineers, and financial services solution strategists to design secure, compliant, and high-impact AI deployments.</p>
<p>This role is based in New York City. We use a hybrid work model of three days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.</p>
<p><strong>In this role, you’ll:</strong></p>
