Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily checks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our machinery
• Perform or oversee preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans
• Manage inventory of spare parts, including price quotes and delivery times
• Manage the entry and exit of the Maintenance store
• Participate in weekly action plans with the Production team to determine priorities for improvement
• Contribute to long-term improvements
• Monitor and adjust the state and settings of machinery using appropriate measuring equipment
• Replace defective parts in a timely manner and clean the area after each intervention
• Write reports of interventions and update technical documents
• Adjust technical equipment according to specifications and production needs
• Develop preventive maintenance plans (scheduling) and ensure their follow-up
• Coordinate and organize the follow-up of external work by contractors
• Select suppliers in accordance with group purchasing procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial maintenance or electro-technical engineering
• Proficiency in Office, SAP, and Excel software
• Knowledge of the operation of an atelier, press, and mold
• Knowledge of maintenance on production equipment in an industrial environment
• Electrical certifications and CACES 2 or 3 training desirable
