      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking an experienced Assistant Division Manager to lead our industry division in Thailand. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the industrial lubricants sector.</p>
<p>Your primary areas of responsibility will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Leading projects to increase market coverage of our responsible product lines and installing proper product management tools and processes.</li>
<li>Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to develop assigned segments of industrial lubricants business in Thailand.</li>
<li>Achieving company sales goals within assigned scope, including volume, proceeds, margin, and account reception.</li>
<li>Building a new client base of customers with a key focus on industrial, including market research.</li>
<li>Building good relationships with customers, prospects, and parties concerned to extend business opportunities.</li>
<li>Effective sales management, including pipeline management, pricing management, X selling, range selling, and up-selling.</li>
<li>Supporting the sales team in daily activities, ensuring focus on key segments targeted and key products (MWF, corrosion preventives, lubricants &amp; greases).</li>
<li>Mentoring team members to increase competency and effective business process.</li>
<li>Providing demand forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to reflect business growth.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree with a technical focus or background in chemical engineering, mechanical, or industrial engineering.</li>
<li>At least 8 years of experience in selling high-end lubricants, chemicals, machinery industries, or B2B industries, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial cadre.</li>
<li>Self-driven and motivated, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on value selling and business profit.</li>
<li>Proficient in spoken and written English and Thai language.</li>
<li>Good skills in data processing in MS Office.</li>
<li>Good presentation skills.</li>
</ul>

<p>We are seeking a senior Industrial &amp; Specialty Segment Sales Leader to drive profitable growth across FUCHS Canada’s Industrial and Specialty Lubricants portfolio. This newly created role is central to our segment-based commercial transformation and offers national scope, high autonomy, and direct impact on business performance.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and execute the national commercial strategy for Industrial &amp; Specialty segments</li>
<li>Own revenue, margin, and EBIT performance</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and develop a national technical sales team</li>
<li>Drive value-based selling in complex manufacturing environments</li>
<li>Support high-value technical applications and customer conversions</li>
<li>Partner closely with R&amp;D, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Field Technical Services</li>
<li>Lead strategic pricing, pipeline discipline, and forecast accuracy</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of B2B technical sales experience in industrial lubricants, specialty chemicals, or related fields</li>
<li>Strong technical expertise in metalworking fluids, forming lubricants, industrial oils, or specialty greases</li>
<li>5+ years of people leadership experience</li>
<li>Proven success in value-based selling and new business development</li>
<li>Strong business and financial acumen</li>
<li>CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)</li>
<li>Ability to travel within Canada (primarily Ontario and Quebec) &amp; internationally</li>
<li>Bilingual English/French is a strong asset</li>
