Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a team of maintenance specialists to ensure the reliable operation of all production equipment and facilities.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Overseeing all reactive maintenance activities, ensuring prompt and effective troubleshooting and repair of production equipment breakdowns.
• Managing spare parts inventory, ensuring critical spares are available while optimizing inventory levels and costs.
• Troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on various production machinery.
