We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Cyngn Insight and Fleet Management, the company&#39;s core software platform for operating, monitoring, and scaling autonomous vehicle fleets in production environments.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Cyngn Insight and Fleet Management, including fleet operations, monitoring, analytics, safety workflows, and enterprise integrations.</li>\n<li>Define and maintain a multi-quarter roadmap that balances customer needs, operational scalability, system reliability, security, and commercial objectives.</li>\n<li>Act as the senior product owner for fleet and operations initiatives, driving clear prioritization, trade-off decisions, and execution across concurrent programs.</li>\n<li>Partner with Engineering and Program Management to translate platform strategy into actionable requirements, milestones, and delivery plans.</li>\n<li>Translate customer workflows, operational data, and deployment feedback into product requirements that improve fleet uptime, efficiency, safety visibility, and ease of use.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success on go-to-market strategy, customer onboarding, and long-term account success.</li>\n<li>Define, track, and communicate success metrics (KPIs) for fleet performance and platform adoption, including utilization, uptime, incident response, and customer value realization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS/BA in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.</li>\n<li>5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM role.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-tenant software platforms or enterprise products operating at scale.</li>\n<li>Strong technical aptitude with experience working closely with engineering teams on distributed systems, data platforms, or cloud-based products.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and leadership skills, with comfort engaging executives, customers, and deeply technical stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with fleet management systems, enterprise SaaS platforms, or operational analytics products.</li>\n<li>Background in software development, data platforms, or systems engineering (e.g., Python, SQL, cloud infrastructure).</li>\n<li>Familiarity with autonomous vehicles, robotics operations, industrial automation, or large-scale deployments in logistics, manufacturing, or warehousing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Benefits &amp;
