<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>The Executive Business Partner will be a proactive partner to an executive operating at the intersection of partnerships, culture, and global influence. This role manages complex scheduling, coordinates high-profile engagements, and supports a fast-moving, externally-facing portfolio.</p>
<p>This role requires exceptional judgment and discretion, particularly in environments involving public figures, high-visibility partners, and sensitive engagements. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and driving operational excellence.</p>
<p>This role is based in New York City (NYC). We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance.</p>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re seeking a Product Development Engineer to join our team in Livonia, MI. As a Product Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the integration of 10-speed RWD transmission systems into vehicle spaces. You will take ownership of the design and development of the transmission system, ensuring it meets the required specifications and quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and vehicle assembly plants, to ensure seamless integration and efficient production. This role requires a strong understanding of product development principles, design thinking, and user experience methods. You will also be responsible for managing product release CAD and BOM structures, including assembly positioning and mass attribute analysis. Additionally, you will facilitate supplier data integration and develop CAD studies to support and drive design improvements.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as a PD engineer responsible for 10-speed RWD and their integration into vehicle spaces.</li>
<li>Take ownership of the DV and PV strategies to deliver a best-in-class powertrain system.</li>
<li>Work as a team to improve part quality and increase the customer experience.</li>
<li>Own and deliver transmission system level assessments and evidence for key GPDS milestones.</li>
<li>Lead Key life test and other dyno testing requirements and execution of system signoff requirements</li>
<li>Must be in Livonia Michigan 4 days a week or more depending on specific testing/hardware needs.</li>
<li>Work with Ford Powertrain Manufacturing and Ford Vehicle Assembly Plants on manufacturing related improvement actions.</li>
<li>Short term travel may be required.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in engineering or similar degree.</li>
<li>1 year of automotive transmission or powertrain experience.</li>
<li>1 year of CAD experience.</li>

<li>Vehicle repair or vehicle diagnostics background.</li>
