0575b711-4dd Tax Compliance Specialist The Tax Compliance Specialist will support the income tax compliance process for all Porsche North American entities. The role will involve preparing and filing U.S. Federal and state 1120's, 1065's, and LLC returns, as well as Canadian federal and provincial income tax returns. The Specialist will also be responsible for calculating tax depreciation, preparing and filing federal and state income tax estimated payments, and resolving notices and audits for North American entities.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and file U.S. Federal and state 1120's for all group companies and assigned entities.
  • Prepare and file 1065's for the finance company partnerships;
  • Prepare and file LLC returns;
  • Prepare and file the Canadian federal and provincial income tax returns for assigned companies;
  • Calculation of tax depreciation for all North American companies;
  • Preparing and filing federal and state income tax estimated payments;
  • Prepare and file miscellaneous returns as needed;

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline required. CPA preferred, MST or JD a plus.
  • 2+ years of income tax experience in a top tier public accounting firm or large corporate tax department.
