Your responsibilities will include leading the development of agent pipelines, architecting composable agent SDKs with built-in safety and robust fallback strategies, designing tracing tools and alert dashboards to ensure agent performance and quality, owning the agent lifecycle, collaborating closely with security and operations teams to ensure agent governance and auditability, mentoring and upleveling teammates on best practices in observability and resilience, and solving challenging technical problems across the stack to develop critical customer-facing features.
