<p>Key responsibilities include solving ECU-related issues during engine test bed testing of internal combustion engines and hybrid powertrains, adapting calibration data to meet emissions limits, drivability concerns, fuel consumption targets, and performance targets, and steering development and implementation of improvement measures to avoid ECU-related issues and improve KPIs for engine or hybrid system operation.</p>
<p>A degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or comparable studies is required, along with genuine interest and knowledge in internal combustion engines and hybrid powertrains. Knowledge of automotive electronics and communication systems (CAN, etc.) is desirable.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have the ability to investigate root cause of issues, analyze data, and formally present and report testing results, as well as high-level coordination, communication, and team skills. Good knowledge of English is required, with German being desirable but not compulsory.</p>

<p>In addition, the candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in PWT calibration or related topics, knowledge of powertrain performances, project management skills, and a good English level.</p>
<p>French is a plus, and extra-curricular activities such as Formula Student are also desirable.</p>
<p>A driving license is required for this position.</p>
