Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day AP operations within the Shared Services Centre
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, vendor reconciliations, and compliance with internal controls
• Manage a team of AP analysts
• Drive process improvements
• Maintain service level agreements (SLAs)
• Support stakeholders across business units and regions

Requirements:

• 4-6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in an SSC environment
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax rules, and internal controls
• Hungarian and English language knowledge
• SAP S4/Hana knowledge
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities
• Ability to resolve complex issues independently
• High accuracy, speed, and decision-making abilities in a high-volume environment

What you'll do

As an Order Processing Specialist in Controlling, you will be responsible for independent handling of customer projects in the mobility sector, expansion/automation of the financial dashboard (MS Power BI), support with monthly/annual financial statements and NWC (Net Working Capital) analyses, monitoring of internal projects in terms of the project process, especially for cross-location project management, support in the sales process (structuring of project and accounting plans), and closely cooperation with Controlling, Key Account Management and Project Management.
