<p>Stay current with Workday releases and updates, evaluating new features and functionality for potential adoption in the talent space.</p>
<p>Manage the Workday Releases by evaluating updates and discussing the impacts and benefits with the business.</p>
<p>Support the CoE with the preparation of education of end-users and ensure effective change management for new functionality and process changes.</p>
<p>Break down business needs into actionable steps toward technical solutions.</p>
<p>Partner with P&amp;C, IT and the Business to define the multi-year Workday roadmap, focusing on achieving tangible near-term results for talent and performance.</p>
<p>Support the Talent CoE on talent-related projects, ensuring technical feasibility and timely delivery.</p>
<p>Within the support model, this role provides Tier 3 specialist functional knowledge and configuration support for their domain.</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>Proven experience in a technology product management or functional lead role, focusing on Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.</p>
<p>Minimum of 5 years of Workday Experience with specific expertise in configuring, cross-delivering and managing the Workday Recruitment, Learning, Talent Management, and Skills modules.</p>
<p>Knowledge of Workday architecture, configuration, business processes, and security models as they apply to the talent lifecycle.</p>
<p>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.</p>
<p>Experience translating end-user stated needs into scalable, system-minded technical solutions.</p>
<p>Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong inclination for planning strategy and tactics.</p>
