Vendor Relations<ul>\n<li>Build and manage Saronic&#39;s commercial repair yard and ship husbandry vendor network across key domestic and forward operating regions</li>\n<li>Negotiate and administer commercial repair contracts and MSAs with private-sector shipyards and specialty subcontractors</li>\n<li>Serve as primary technical point of contact with repair facilities; attend dock and sea trials on behalf of Saronic</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Technical Oversight<ul>\n<li>Develop repair specifications, work packages, and acceptance criteria grounded in ABS Rules and commercial practice</li>\n<li>Conduct vessel condition surveys and pre-docking assessments;
