We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join our HR Systems team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our critical HR systems landscape, including Workday, Greenhouse, Lattice, and CultureAmp. You will leverage your technical expertise and understanding of HR processes to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our HR technology solutions, supporting our global workforce.

Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and configuring HR systems and applications, analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical integration specifications, managing Workday security roles, user permissions, and compliance configurations, developing and maintaining Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics, and configuring and maintaining Workday business processes, workflows, and integrations.

As a Systems Engineer, you will be a trusted partner, collaborating with HR, finance, payroll stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.
