You will configure and optimise Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Time and Absence, and People Analytics. You will translate business and HR requirements into Workday solution design, facilitate workshops, and provide subject matter expertise. You will also support global, multi-country transformation programmes and contribute to business development and practice growth.</p>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you will need:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years (Senior Consultant) or 8+ years (Principal) in Workday HCM or HR technology consulting</li>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM</li>\n<li>Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM or SAP SuccessFactors is highly appreciated</li>\n<li>Fluent German (mandatory) and fluent English (mandatory)</li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management skills</li>\n<li>Experience in HR transformation and operating model design</li>\n<li>Workday certification preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p>We offer a great opportunity within a dynamically growing consultancy.
