<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>Data / HRIS:</p>
<ul>
<li>Own Rippling system integrity, including workflow configuration, troubleshooting, HRIS support escalations, and ensuring data accuracy across all employee lifecycle events - maintaining Rippling as the single source of truth for people analytics.</li>
<li>Apply strong analytical and spreadsheet modeling skills to translate people data into actionable business decisions, including headcount planning, compensation benchmarking, attrition forecasting, and workforce cost analysis.</li>
<li>Leverage AI tools, automation, and real-time data to proactively surface workforce insights - building dashboards and reports in Rippling and Google Sheets that track headcount trends, attrition, and compensation changes, and recruiting pipeline insights.</li>
<li>Support the performance review cycle operationally - managing timelines, system setup, and producing summary analyses that equip leadership and managers to make informed coaching and compensation decisions.</li>
<li>Partner with the Director of People on compensation strategy, including salary banding, merit cycles, and performance-related increases.</li>
</ul>
<p>New hire / Employee related work:</p>
<ul>
<li>Own the full employee lifecycle from offer acceptance through offboarding - including new hire onboarding, orientation, cross-functional access coordination, and separation - ensuring every touchpoint is operationally seamless and compliantly executed.</li>
<li>Manage the company&#39;s immigration-related processes end-to-end - including visa maintenance and renewals - acting as the primary internal point of contact for employee inquiries and the direct liaison to outside immigration counsel.</li>
<li>Maintain and administer company HR policies, serving as the go-to resource for employee and manager questions on policy interpretation, workplace guidelines, and day-to-day HR matters.</li>
<li>Champion office culture and employee experience - organizing team events, fostering in-office energy, and creating touchpoints that make the Flow NYC Office a place people are excited to work from and collaborate in everyday.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ideal Profile</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Psychology, or related field; HR qualifications advantageous.</li>
<li>Open to diverse backgrounds with a keen interest in HR and relevant skills.</li>
<li>3-5+ years of professional experience, showcasing business acumen and a problem-solving mindset.</li>
<li>Commitment to learning HR duties with a history of strong performance.</li>

      <Title>Senior Specialist, Employee Relations - Investigations</Title>

We are seeking an investigator with a passion for employee relations and conducting robust investigations in a dynamic environment who appreciates the important role employee relations professionals play in supporting our values and culture and will carry out duties with the highest integrity.</p>
<p>This role requires the investigator to be in the plant at least four days per week, for various shifts. Travel outside of Chicago may occasionally be required to assist other facilities across the United States.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Investigate workplace issues/concerns raised through internal Company channels and some externally filed complaints, including complaints of employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other violations of Company policy.</p>
<p>Exhibit sound judgment in recommending outcomes for investigations.</p>
<p>Partner with Human Resources and/or the Labor Relations team to ensure proper handling and disposition of these cases involving union represented and salaried employees.</p>
<p>Work with various Company functions, operating committee members, the Office of the General Counsel, and outside counsel on related issues.</p>
<p>Prepare, track, and maintain appropriate investigation documentation.</p>
<p>Develop and implement investigation plans.</p>
<p>Drive timely closure of open cases/concerns.</p>
<p>Manage employee data and statements in a highly confidential manner.</p>
<p>Draft concise and clear investigation reports.</p>
<p>Partner cross functionally on investigations, discipline, performance management, and other aspects of employee relations.</p>
<p>Serve as a strategic partner, promoting ethical and compliant behavior that is aligned with Company policy and government regulations, with fair and equal treatment for the workforce.</p>
<p>Coach, counsel, and educate employees on HR policies, performance management, processes, programs, position eliminations, and strategies.</p>
<p>Support grievance, arbitration and litigation process from investigations.</p>
<p>Analyse case activity and determine trends/recommendations for proactive actions.</p>
<p>Foster an effective, inclusive work environment/culture and relationships, balancing employee advocacy with stewardship of company goals and values.</p>
<p>Conduct other duties as necessary to align with EEO regulations, and other internal and external policies and directives.</p>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p>Bachelor&#39;s degree.</p>
<p>3+ years of HR investigative experience.</p>
